University of Karachi Annual Convocation 2014

There is a notification of annual convocation 2014 by the University of karchi, so dear students its need to Be it known to all concerned that the Annual Convocation for regular students under semester system of the University of Karachi is expected to be held shortly to confer degrees on the desiring candidates who have passed Bachelors (Honours), B.S., Pharm-D), Masters and M.Pharm in the examination 2013.

Note: Degrees shall also be conferred on those who obtained their M.S./M.D./M.Phil/Ph.D./D.Litt./D.Sc. in 2013 and on-wards. Medals and Merit Certificates shall also be awarded to the position holders of various Departments (where available) in the University Examinations mentioned above.

How to apply for annual Convocation 2014 of University of Karachi

The desirous candidates (who have not yet received their degrees) are advised to apply for registration to the Annual Convocation on prescribed application form. The forms may also be obtained after payment of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) from the National Bank of Pakistan, Address: Counter of the Silver Jubilee Gate-I, Main University Road, University of Karachi on 10th December, 2014 (Wednesday).

I has been inform to the students to whom it may concern that Duly filled-in forms with required documents shall be received only in the Convocation Camp “Silver Jubilee Gate” office along with the prescribed Registration and Degree forms and fees to be deposited at the bank branches at Silver Jubilee Gate after endorsement by the Camp Office during 10:00 am. to 01:00 p.m. and on Friday 10:00 to 12:00 Noon till 31 St December, 2014 (Wednesday).

One impotent thing kept in mind that No candidate will be allowed to enter the convocation place without wearing prescribed Academic Costume/Robe.
